Chef Shubhi Singh’s culinary journey began in Patna, Bihar. After studying at Notre Dame Academy and Patna Women’s College, she pursued specialized courses in Bakery, Catering, and Computers at South Tyneside College, London. Her time as a Sous Chef in London enriched her with insights into fusion and Indo-Western cuisine, shaping her unique culinary style.
Culinary Philosophy
At The Cookie Dough under Shubh’s Wonder Kitchen, Shubhi blends health and taste by using handpicked, homemade ingredients. Her philosophy is that delicious food can also be healthy, which is reflected in every dish.
